PiChain does not entertain any request or demand for refund or cancellation of fees paid towards utilisation for the services. The fees paid towards the services of PiChain shall not be refunded unless such claim arises due to breach in any terms of services by PiChain. Refund for breach in any terms of services by PiChain shall be processed within 48 hours from the date of admission of breach by PiChain.
